Can you help my Identify this Greek God Vase

I found this cast concrete vase while out shopping. I think the gods are greek but I also see horses and cherubs. Any info would be helpful with my listing.IMG_0464.JPGIMG_0465.JPGIMG_0466.JPGIMG_0468.JPGIMG_0470.JPG

It is Poseidon (in the Greek pantheon) or Neptune (in the Roman).

I would say it is for outdoor use, depending on its size and weight (no dimensions are given).

Grammar police:

The plural for cherub is cherubim!

Unless your addressing a speaker of, or someone familiar with, Semitic languages I would stick with the non-Semitic plural of "cherubs".
