Nice find.
The identification may be correct as to the maker (although neither can I say yes or no on that) but the stuff about the girl being Alice in Wonderland is nonsense. She looks nothing like Sir John Tenniel's illustration of Alice, in the first place, and, in the second, the timing / date beggars belief for her to be Alice. She is just a little girl dressed typically for the period, and in sun bonnet and bare feet since she's at the seashore.

Thankyou to all on the Board that helped me. There is such a large range of prices.. I am not sure of the value. I do not have worthpoint to see the selling price.
