Beaded Necklace Cornaline d'Aleppo Beads & Glass Beads African or Native American?

I am trying to find out if this hand-beaded necklace is Native American or African. The large red and white beads appear to be old Cornaline d'Aleppo glass beads and the rest is made of tiny glass beads. It is strung on fragile old cord.It appears quite old.  Has anyone seen one like this and can help to identify it? Thank you!

Bumping this.  Could the large red beads be Hudson Bay Trading Beads? Any bead collectors out there?

Not NA, I would think possibly African.
