In case you haven't done the transl;ation yourself, your botanical print is a bouquet featuring oeillet (carnation), phlox (phlox), mauve (mallow), and soliel vivace (perennial sunflower).

It is among this lithograph series:

http://www.darvillsrareprints.com/Vintage%20floral%20bouqet%20chromolithograph%20prints%201939.htm

Of course, I cannot say for sure that yours is a lithograph (and not some other type of print or reproduction) -- but you can determine that, compare image size, etc.  If you take it out of the frame, you may well find the needed publication information.

At least this gives you a place to start.
