You can try asking for help on the collectible and art board they might tell you if it's rare or not.
They will NOT give you a value as that is not allowed. For value you will have to search sold listings for similar items

It's a copy of a painting by Swedish artist Anders Zorn, called Girl from Dalecarlia knitting. The original is in the National Museum in Sweden.

We don't give appraisals or values on the boards because we can't assess the item's condition, or authenticity. A reproduction like this is primarily valued as a decorative object to hang on your wall. The quality and condition of the frame could make a big difference.

The company that made the reproduction was Nordisk Rotogravyr (Nordic Rotogravure) and, after changes of ownership, went out of business in 2004.

As mentioned, a copy of an Anders Zorn. It looks to be copied and printed on a textured canvas and then glazed to mimic an actual painting. Well, that's about all there is to this one!
