This looks like a tourist / souvenir set for the German speaking market showing the highlights of the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago, aka The World's Columbian Exposition. Not an expert, just a quick guess to help you get started. Check out values for Worls's Fair ephemera or memorabilia. Regards

I  believe you're right.  Die Wiebe Stadt = The White City.  The publisher issued portolios with 80 pictures, altogether.  A selection of 20 would make a nice souvenir portfolio.
