Minolta camera mounts

I want to insert an older Minolta bellows between my A99 sony and the A mount lenses.  I need to know the type adapter to use.  I have an adapter that is labelent MC-MA, and one side fits the bellow.  The problem is I don't know if it is the MC or MA side of the adapter.

the bellows mounted that leaves one side left..."MA" for Sony/Minolta 'A' mount.... so if this not mounted side is a male carefully attach and see?

Old Minolta Mounts are all "SR" mounts btw, MD and MC were extras that came long through time for meter coupling and auto-exposure controls ....and have nothing to do with the mount. People just call them MD and MC  because it's printed on them....mostly without even knowing or caring, so they dumbed it down to suit the masses ...

"A" mount is Minolta/Sony AF (not E lenses)   MA = Minolta A

"SR" mount is all classic manual focus Minolta = MD or MC
