I purchased 3 light fixtures from a seller, received them and discovered the first one missing multiple parts. After messaging, only solution was to get a refund for item. Later that day, my husband, while installing the other 2, discovered they also had more missing pieces. I contacted seller but he refunded only 1x item and closed the refund request. Now, I can't seem to be able to request or ask eBay to step in because the refund chat is closed.
How can I reach ebay to fix this issue? Seller should be warned this is not ok - What do you recommend I do in order to open another refund with eBay? It is just simply not allowing me to do it as it claims I already go the refund. But the order was for 3 items not 1.
