I purchased a leather coat and two days later received an email from paypal saying the order had been cancelled and the seller claimed that I requested the order be cancelled.
I went back to sellers page and looked, the size I ordered was no longer available. So, I ordered the next smaller size. Next day another email from paypal saying the seller cancelled and claimed that I had requested the cancellation.
I did not request either cancellation. I went and looked at sellers page again and the price on these items has since been raised from $139.00 to $499.00 which is more than triple.
Is there anyplace where I can file a complaint about this? If the seller wanted to raise the price, why cancel my order and two days later the old price is still listed?
I wanted to file a complaint against the seller but ebay only provides ways for me to cancel the order or report that the order never arrived. Is there any way to file a complaint? I
