Hi! So I got a neutral review because I sold a card and even though it took a time to get to the seller, they left me a neutral feedback because the card got damaged during shipping. The Review said “I just wished the card shipped in a top loader as it was received damaged” I did a follow up comment that we unfortunately can’t control or be responsible by shipping damage. Does it fit within the criteria so a rep can remove it?
