Has anyone seen a foot stand like this? Small feet, like Kelly size. I am thinking Swan Lake, but can not see anything like this. Thanks

Could it be for the Barbie Mini Kingdom dolls, such as Odette?? She had a toy swan in the 2005 set. I'm not sure if or when a stand was made for later versions.
