Did you use any upgrades on your auctions, like a reserve price? If you have your checking account set as the default for seller costs, those fees would be charged there.
You should be able to see them in your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
If you don't see the charges there, use the ? in the lower right to request a call from customer service.
