tax exempt purchases for resellers

I buy some things for resale, and do have a WA state business license and reseller permit. But there is no option I can find on eBay to provide the tax exempt reseller information, or way to indicate that a specific item I buy is not for ME, but intended for resale, so that the WA sales tax is not charged.  I did check with our state sales tax authority and there is a way to get the sales tax refunded after the fact but it's a hassle.   Am I missing something?  Thanks.
