still no reply

I still have no reply from ebay about the large fees despite 3 no pay buyers and a refund.

The links only take you to a phone number and I cannot speak.

But the robo emails from ebay state:

 " Please use our Help system by clicking on the Help link at the top of most eBay pages. You may also click on the Contact Us link to send an email to Customer Support."

But this is not true.
