shipping correct item after wrong item was returned

Hello

I shipped the wrong item to a buyer.  He has threatened to leave negative feedback report me to visa, paypal etc.  I tried to work it out and he just got madder, said I was pissing him off.  He shipped the item back and i paid for the return shipping.

He is going to leave neutral or negative feedback, based by the way he has acted

would you ship the correct item, and pay the additional shipping cost (this will be the third time i paid shipping on this item. or just cancel the order and refund.
