if i send buyer the tickets via iphone for email can buyer claim they didn't get them and cause me to lode my tickets and their payment ?

@korn69smokey   Yes that is not allowed and very risky.  

You should only sell tickets that you can mail the buyer with tracking so you have proof of delivery.
