Did you open a Return Request or just message the seller?

The seller has 3 days to respond with a refund or a label. If the seller doesn't respond, ask eBay to "Step In".

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

I did both, opened a Return Request, and messaged the seller.

If the seller hasn't responded to the return request in the allotted time, there should be a button in the Return Request to ask eBay to assist.

1) Select See return details
2) Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
3) Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
I'm sorry that happened. If the seller didn't provide the label in the time give, when you ask eBay to step in, you should get your refund shortly.
