Its seems that Ebay's Sites (protokol) has no ability to deal with a cancellation refund issue prior of the item was shipped ?
It is my second incident that I am honoring the buyer (change of mind) cancellation , but it seems the ebays platform is not capable to deal with the refund unless the item is shipped and then returned by the buyer which is a waist of moneys for shipment for both buyer and seller . Othervise there is no credit to the seller from Ebay/Paypal fees.
Does anyone knows that I don't in this regard
