@costumer701 NO. You need to list the items and then you can send a link to the active listing that they can purchase.
If you wish to only sell to this buyer then I recommend listing it as an AUCTION at the agreed on price as the starting price. As soon they place a bid then you END the sale early and select Sell to the highest bidder.

AND if someone else bids before them you can cancel the bid but I have never had that happen as I make sure the buyer knows when I will list the item.
