print shipping label to label printer tape

I have a Brother QL-710W label printer with 2.4x7" label tape. My ebay shipping labels print in the wrong size and orientation regardless of my print settings. I have the paper size set to 2.4" although I've tried the others. I've tried the scaling options and the orientation and paper size settings in the system dialog, with no success. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Did you select the proper label format on ebay?  On the create label page look to the bottom of the right pane and change it to the correct format.

If still a problem come back with OS and browser you are using and whether you browser set to open PDF files with Abobe, also whether the label preview looks correct.
