Hello! I buy a lot on your site. You can see my story. I had health problems and didn't always visit the site. how can I correct my unpaid order history in order to participate in auctions in the future? Thank you.

There are different types of buying restrictions. If you are being restricted by eBay, you need to follow their instructions. They might only allow you to buy with immediate payment required. 

There are also individual Seller restrictions. Any Seller can automatically block a Buyer who causes cancelations due to nonpayment.
