Hi @montlee 

The link seems to indicate that the new law has made it easier to become an auctioneer.

I didn't read anything that would affect auctions on eBay.  Did I miss something?

Ebay is an online auction, individuals describe, picture and post the item being sold and collect the money. I am an auctioneer and if I have to be licensed then it must be.

DeWine should leave online auctions alone, the online site should have the right to decide who uses the auction site to sell. It would be like the Gov. telling you how to run your business. They would be telling customers get a Gov. license to use a business. I don't think that would pass the Supreme Court. But at $200 a license makes the budget look good.
