need to reinstate my billing agreement with ebay shipping

Sent a note to paypal about a 1.28 charge in my account for shipping. They terminated my billing agreement with ebay shipping and now I can't do my labels through them for shipments to customers. Tryed going to paypal, but it is under the inactive and there is no way  to take care of it. Cannot find where on ebay I can fix it either.

You will need to use a desktop computer to print your next label.  That is where you will find the billing agreement that you can click on to agree to it.  You should then be able to print future labels using a mobile device.
