The other option if you are selling multiple issues in one lot is Regional Rate boxes
I like to use Regional A boxes. You have to order them from USPS.com
When you set up the listing enter 2 pounds as the weight for calculated shipping. You can ship up to 15 pounds at the 2 pound price.
When you print the shipping label you have to select carrier supplied package and then compare from the menu to see the regional A rate label to print it.
