how to end PROMOTED LISTING

IfI want to use PROMOTED LIDTINGS on every item in my store but I just want to do it for the month of 

december. How do I do this?

You can use the bulk edit feature in your Seller Hub to add promoted listings on all of your listings.  When you want to remove the promoted listings, you use the bulk edit feature to do that as well.  You should see the option to turn it off when you first turn it on.
