Hi,
My customer's comment for another seller was inadvertently posted in his feedback left for me. He gave me five stars, but says very disparaging things about another seller's merchandise in the text. He wrote me to apologize and offered to change it if I send a feedback revision form. The system tells me none of my feedback is eligible for revision. I can't find anything about how this might be done. Is there a work-around for this?
