eBay vehicle delivery service

Is there such a service where eBay delivers a vehicle to me for the seller who's (supposedly) stationed at a military base? 

There's a seller telling me to give her my name, email address and home address, after which eBay services will deliver the vehicle and I'll have up to 5 days to decide if I want to buy it.  It sounds a bit sketchy to me, but then I haven't used eBay much the las decade ;?)  Thanks for any help, I really need advice here.

You are describing a very common scam that people post about daily.  You are dealing with a SCAMMER who is only pretending that eBay will be involved.  That is to gain your trust.

If you provide your personal information ... the scammer will email you a FAKE 'eBay invoice' that tells you that you can only pay with gift cards.  They will want the codes off the cards ... and then they'll disappear.
