customer will not pay even though i have sent two invioces a week apart 😞

An unpaid order is eligible for canceling after four (4) calendar days.

1. In Seller Hub, go to Orders; or in My eBay, go to Sold.
2. Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel this order.
3. Choose a reason for the cancellation and then select Continue to finish. The reason code to cancel an order because the buyer hasn't paid will be available once the order is eligible.
