I am currently attempting to contact eBay regarding my seller performance rating. I have been placed on hold for over 30 minutes and am presently waiting for an agent. Is this standard for eBay?
@mfish27301 - no, it's not "standard" in my experience, but it has been happening a lot over the last week.

Most of eBay's customer service employees are located in the Phillippines. That office has been badly affected by a severe typhoon recently, and the rest of the CS employees are just overwhelmed.
