As a buyer, I intensely dislike the autopay system available to sellers, with no opt-out for purchasers. I vastly prefer getting a notice my bid was accepted and the item was moved to pay now, and I actually clicked onto PayPal to purchase.

The system will ask you ahead of time how you wish to pay and you can select PayPal at that time .
