accidentally closed a return

I wasn't home and wife closed a return i had can i reopen it so i can return the item i don't need it i found one cheaper.

Unfortunately, once a return is closed, it cannot be reopened. There is a warning there to read before you attempt to close the return.

Finding one cheaper really is not a reason for a return.  The time for comparison shopping is before hitting buy it now.  You cannot reopen a closed return.
