After I changed my password on the computer website, I logged in from the mobile phone the next day. When I wanted to buy something, the following message appeared “Your account may have been accessed by a third party. In an effort to protect your account, we have put a temporary lock on bidding, selling and the ability to send messages to other eBay members until we can safely restore your account to you. Please click here to speak with an Account Security Representative.”.
I clicked on the link to contact customer service, but there was only a phone option, but my English speaking and listening are not very good.
Are there any other solutions?

I don't think eBay makes exceptions if you can't speak English.
