I recently sold an item and have been trying to collect my payment since February 7th and it will not let me. It says to verify my bank account and I put my correct info in and it says it cannot verify it. I know for a fact that my account number and everything is correct. There is literally nothing else I can do and when I spoke to customer service, they were no help to me. I can’t even delete my linked account and re-entire it. Also there is no help with this situation on the app itself. I googled it and it seems like it’s a constant common problem. And the worst part is I actually needed that money to make it through my current situation and still didn’t get it. I read that I would have to get a bank statement but I don’t even know where I can verify anything on this. This will be my first and last time selling on eBay. What do I do?
