I am trying to cancel a transaction and refund the buyer because I have not been able to locate the item to ship it. I used the link to cancel the transaction, and chose "out of stock," but the cancellation is not going through. I am unable to reach eBay by phone. Does anyone know why the cancellation is not processing? Help! I want to refund this buyer.
