This is very inconvenient, as I don't walk around the house with my credit card taped to my forehead. Ebay already has my credit card information. I have already made valid purchases with this credit card. It is obviously a valid credit card. So why do I have to go downstairs and dig the credit card out of my wallet and come back upstairs and re-enter the credit card information just to make an offer on something? This is ridiculous.
