Where to print an "official" payment processed receipt for USPS Claim?

Back when we used to be able to use paypal for ebay, you used a receipt from paypal for USPS claims and that was good for them as it was an official transaction processor.

Now with ebay handling the processing, I can't seem to find where to get an "official" transaction receipt to use when placing a USPS damage claim. All I can print are invoices or packing slips.

I've hit the wall with trying to get claims approved like this with packing slips from Wallyworld but denied on all accounts for appeals, as USPS only accepts "official" payment processors receipts for payment of such claims.

So I am expecting the same run around with ebay and their lack of "official" payment processes.

has anyone else had this issue yet?
