I sold an expensive item. Then my payment was put on hold. I had updated any information possible but it still says it is on hold no matter what I do. I can't seem to reach anyone. I do "contact us" but it just leads to dead ends. The virtual chat is useless too. What are my options now?

Your payment account should show an estimated released date. Given the value of the item, I would expect a 30 day hold. This is normal for new or infrequent sellers.
To speak to customer service, click the ? at the bottom of your payment account page. They can not change the release date.
