My account was restricted pending I.D. verification, an account I've had for 24 years. I submitted the requested I.D. and was told it would take 3 business days. After 3 business days I contacted Support through the "chat" feature and was told the policy had changed to 5 business days. After 5 business days I again contacted Support and asked for a supervisor and was told one would contact me within 24 hours. When that didn't happen I again chatted with Support and was guaranteed a contact within 24 hours. I'm now on the eighth day since I submitted the requested documentation and was just told to wait 72 business hours for any action. Is there any way to actually get any Support?

Try contacting the eBay for Business team on Facebook. They are usually better at this kind of thing.
