What to do when the post office has lost my shipment?

I had 7 orders come in over the weekend, all went to the post office the following Monday.  I have received tracking info on all but one item.  

How do I get this resolved with the post office?

Go to the order in Paid & shipped, and click on the tracking number to be taken to USPS.COM.  Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent all tracking information.  That will often get the package found and on its way.
