A buyer started a return request stating that the item I sold is missing a part (a remote). But my item does not come with a remote new and I never advertised that it did. On the manufacturer's website it shows that no remote is included. There are no pictures or mention of a remote on the retail packaging. Also, there were no pictures or mention of a remote in the ebay listing. What should I do? I already left a response and there is no option for me to deny it... after the return time lapses will I still be on the hook?
