I cannot figure out how to void a recent UPS shipping label when a buyer asked me to cancel their order. I just started using UPS. If I try to void it under shipping labels it just keeps saying technical difficulties. Please try again later. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks so much. Never even thought about that. Ends up I didn't have to void it since you aren't charged until you actually use the label. Thanks again!
