Vero Removal - Pampered Chef Fluted Bundt Cake Pan

I haven't reached out to ebay about this but I did email the person that send the Vero to ebay. I listed a "Pampered Chef Stoneware Fluted Bundt Cake Pan" and have no idea what i did wrong.   There are currently 127 listings with that exact same title and I can't figure out what I did wrong.  The VERO complaint was brought by someone at Nordicware.  This company is not owned by Pampered Chef nor does Pampered Chef own Nordicware. This is not a fake pan. The word 'bundt' is not trademarked as far as I can tell it is a generic term.  So the only thing I can figure is that 'fluted' is their term which again seems generic. Any help on this is appreciated. I am going to contact ebay because they don't tell you at all in the removal email what the actual problem was.  thanks for any information anyone can provide.
