Unfair feedback not removed

No matter how right you are for any reason, there is no point in trying to get an unfair feedback off your account. eBay has created a new policy that has only made it harder for sellers. It has gotten to the point where a dishonest customer can call eBay and get a refund in 5 minutes. If I call eBay as a seller, many times I always get the same response that the buyer is right and I have to work with the buyer (aka refund him) to get a negative feedback removed. Eventually all sellers will see this change in policy and realize that nobody wants to work for free. If this policy isn't changed to protect sellers as well, I am sure many accounts will begin to close. I have been selling many, many years on eBay and with this new policy that buyers are extorting, I am just losing money and I plan on closing my account. I will try to sell somewhere else online instead.
