I have returned a high value item for refund as arranged with Ebay. Royal Mail proved that this was delivered and signed for two days ago but Ebay tracking still show it as undelivered and still in transit. The failure of their system may delay my refund but I have no easy way to contact Ebay about this glitch. A simple email would clear it up. Please advise.
