I have a padded Flat Rate envelope that has been driving around Alabama for 2 weeks, not lost just not delievered. They keep scanning it and updating tracking. Filed missing mail, sent email, called, let my post office rep know.
So frustrating - have very few USPS issues but it is so hard to communicate with them and they act like I am rushing them to do their job. JUST VENTING.
Any other suggestions?
