Turn off international sales?

I got a message saying Ebay signed me up (without my consent) for international sales.  I didn't want this or ask for this.  Why would they do this and how do I fix this?  I have no interest in shipping overseas.  Another idiotic Ebay decision wasting my time...

I agree that eBay should have allowed sellers to make the decision about turning this option on, however with eBay International Shipping, you don't have to ship overseas. You ship to the forwarding hub in the US and eBay takes it from there.
