Trading card tracking, standard envelope issue

I’m having to give out way too many refunds and deal with lost untraceable items now that eBay’s new trading card standard envelope system is in place. I’m paying for tracking but it’s NOT working.

 

Why does tracking only work about 40 to 50% of the time with this new system?

 

Another issue, I’m getting a lot of envelopes back saying that there’s not enough postage. However my weight falls under the limits set forth by eBay. So I’m having to pay for postage twice, make trips to the post office twice. I’ve got clients that are mad due to their items taking 2, 3, 4 + weeks to get back to them because of the return postage.

 

I’m here to find out how is eBay handling this and making it better for the seller? What is being done to fix these issues that are happening 2,3,4 times a day.

 

With the amount of fees in advertising that I am paying you shouldn’t be having these problems. I’m searching for new platforms to sell on at this moment because of all of these issues.
