Tracking/sold/delivered information not appearing

On my last sale, I had to manually enter the tracking number , as I had done for years before printing my shipping labels. The number never has appeared on my "sold" page, and note from ebay still shows as not shipped. USPS tracking shows item delivered yesterday, ebay doesn't. Any ideas?

Go to the USPS website.  Enter the tracking number.  Look for a link in which to enter your email address to send you updates on the tracking.  See if that will help.

I entered the tracking 3 different places, 2 on ebay, once on usps. Question is why didn't any of them show, even after the package was delivered. My sold page still shows "1 item to be shipped". Ebay rep say's technical glitch, so will my page show "1 item to ship" forever?
