Sold item gone

Item was purchased and sitting in the sending room and dissapeared.  Cant get hold of the buyer need to refund. Over my shipping day allotment.

Next to the transaction in your Orders list select Cancel order from the dropdown options and choose the reason Out of stock/damaged.

It's a good idea to contact the buyer separately to explain the problem along with a sincere apology. Let the buyer know if the package turns up you will contact them in case they would like to repurchase it. This will distinguish you from the sellers who cancel orders because they decide not to complete the sale and may  help to avoid negative feedback.
