Shipping and Tracking packages

does anyone else have trouble with tracking and updates on whereabouts of their package(s)?   I've got items shipping on the 8th, 9th, and 10th that have no updates.... no tracking... NOTHING.  What gives with eBay. They use to have great shipping/ tracking information.  Not anymore.

eBay doesn't track packages. They display the tracking information provided by the carrier.

If the seller doesn't upload a tracking #, there is nothing eBay can post. If you only have a tracking #, but no updates, that means the seller either hasn't shipped or didn't have the package scanned when he shipped. In that case, the first scan may not be until delivery.

When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
